Big Cinch: Large Compression Bandage for Large Areas

The H&H Big Cinch abdominal wound bandage is a larger version of our Cinch Tight bandage to give First Responder an all-in-one solution for serious abdominal injuries.

With a 12″x16″ ABD Pad capable of covering the largest wound areas sewn to our proprietary elastic wrap, Big Cinch protects vital abdominal organs and any protruding organs outside the abdominal cavity. Big Cinch secures easily to the abdominal wound with over 5 yards of strengthened elastic wrap sewn onto the large ABD Pad. The pad and the wrap ensure a tight fit to to prevent slipping while gently protecting the delicate abdominal region.

The H&H Big Cinch is available also available with a Silverlon anti-bacterial mesh sewn on to the pad for additional treatment in the field. The H&H Big Cinch comes in a sterile, vacuum-sealed 4 mil barrier bag, flat folded to create a small tight package.

The H&H Cinch Tight Universal Trauma Bandage is six first aid products in one. Engineered to reflect modern technology in the field of Emergency First Aid, Cinch Tight is designated as the Standard Combat Dressing by the US Marine Corps and is in the field with US Special Forces.

The H-Bandage with Silverlon combines the versatility of the H-Bandage with the anti-bacterial properties of a sewed on Silverlon mesh. An upgrade to our patented combat dressing Cinch Tight, the H-Bandage gives medics and field personnel both an emergency dressing and a hemostat for arterial bleeding and hemorrhaging in limbs. The H-Bandage’s unique design allows for one-handed use under any condition. Designed for First Responders, Military, and Law Enforcement, the H-Bandage provides a fast, effective tool for all kinds of serious traumas and injuries involving arterial bleeding.

The unique design of the H-Bandage, with its 8″x10″ ABD pad and the unique 5 foot elastic wrap designed for both strength and flexibility along with the H-shaped cinch sewn into the bandage, allows it to satisfy multiple field needs. The H-Bandage can be used easily and effectively as a field compression dressing and as a sling with improved stability, compression, and ease of use. Because of the strength of the proprietary elastic strap, the H-Bandage can also be deployed as a hasty tourniquet.

The H-Bandage’s unique design allows for one-handed use under any condition. Designed for First Responders, Military, and Law Enforcement, the H-Bandage provides a fast, effective tool for all kinds of serious traumas and injuries involving arterial bleeding.

The unique design of the H-Bandage, with its 8″x10″ ABD pad and the unique 5 foot elastic wrap designed for both strength and flexibility along with the H-shaped cinch sewn into the bandage, allows it to satisfy multiple field needs. The H-shaped cinch allows for direct pressure to be applied directly on top of a wound, increasing compression and reducing blood loss.

The H-Bandage can be used easily and effectively as a field compression dressing and as a sling with improved stability, compression, and ease of use. Because of the strength of the proprietary elastic strap, the H-Bandage can also be deployed as a hasty tourniquet.

The H-Bandage has been clinically tested to stop arterial bleeding, making it a complete combat dressing whose multiple functionality makes it a truly comprehensive emergency trauma system.

The H-Bandage comes in two options and two different folds. For additional anti-bacterial treatment capabilities, the H-Bandage is available with an added Silverlon mesh sewn on top of the pad. The H-Bandage can also be ordered folded in two different ways prior to vacuum sealing: our standard method, creating a rounder, tighter package, or with a flat fold to create a thinner but wider package. H&H BANDAGE TEST RESULTS

Clinical tests for arterial bleeding have indicated that the H-Bandage is successful in acting as a hemostat for arterial bleeding in limbs. The testing summary stated:

“The result of this experiment makes it reasonable to suggest that the H-Bandage is a suitable design to enable it to be used as an effective packed-focal pressure dressing for the control of non-amputation peripheral artery limb hemorrhage in soldiers on the battlefield.”

Developed alongside our Cinch Tight compression bandage, the H&H Thin Cinch provides the same emergency trauma capabilities in a smaller, more versatile package. Manufactured with a 4”x10” ABD pad, it’s vacuum sealed and flat folded to be small enough to fit in a standard size pocket. With our 5 foot proprietary elastic strap. the Thin Cinch is strong enough to provide compression to wounds on any location.
