Bolin Chest Seal: Advanced Care for Chest Wounds
Sucking chest wounds require an emergency first aid solution that is fast, direct, and effective: the H&H Bolin Chest Seal (BCS) is specifically engineered to meet these critical needs.
The BCS is a sterile occlusive chest wound dressing for treating open pneumothorax and preventing tension pneumothorax that result from gunshots, stab wounds, or other penetrating chest trauma. The patented (US Patent No. 7,834,231) failure-proof triple-valve design of the BCS allows air and blood to escape while preventing the re-entry of either, thereby eliminating any unwanted gas or liquid exchange at the trauma site.
The large (6” diameter), rugged polyurethane disc structure of the BCS can cover practically any size chest trauma site. The temper of the disc prevents any disc wrinkling from occurring during application. In addition, the wound side of the disc is covered with a thick layer of jell-based adhesive, strong enough to not only seal over hair and blood but also flexible enough to be removed and reapplied to the trauma site if required.

Combat Eye Shield
Penetrating eye injuries requires taking care to protect the eye from further damage, making the difference between saving or losing sight.
H&H’s Combat Eye Shield was designed according to the specifications of several active duty surgeons of OIF/OEF to cover penetrating eye injuries. The Combat Eye Shield is designed to meet the CoTCCC guidelines for the treatment of penetrating eye trauma while providing a small, sterile package to fit in any trauma kit.
The Combat Eye Shield is composed of a 6 inch Hydrogel disc that surrounds a fox eye shield, giving a large surface area to attach to the casualty that will nor harm adjacent trauma or burns. The Combat Eye Shield also comes with two 4″x4″ gauze pads to clean the surface before applying the shield. The package comes vacuum sealed and sterilized for immediate use.

Made of high quality paper and designed to be small enough to fit in any trauma kit, the H&H Combat Care Documentation Card is a use-once, throw away tool to communicate to everyone quickly and efficiently.
This card is everything that is needed to document care under fire. All the provider has to do is circle the care that they gave and write in the time. Has a graph to record vital signs and medications given. Has a bar code for patient identification and tracking.
Our cards come in two versions. Our Standard Version (Item No. HHTC3V1) provides bar-coding for patient identification and tracking and includes a zip tie to easily attach the card to a wrist, ankle or button hole. Our Enhanced Version (Item No. HHTC3MC) includes a complete MIST report on the back in addition to the bar code and attaches with an elastic strap.
