Situational Instrument Tray Kit DisplayedThe H&H Situational Instrument Tray (SIT) Kit is a sterile, single use kit for performing many surgical procedures immediately. The SIT Kit provides a generic set of must-have instruments in a convenient vacuum-sealed bag ready for use. The SIT kit contains:

  • A Straight Crile Hemostat
  • A Straight Iris Scissors
  • A Medium McGill Forceps
  • A Hagar-Mayo needle driver, and
  • An H&H Super Combat Cravat

The H&H SIT Kit is one of many custom use kits designed by H&H with the first responder in mind. The H&H SIT Kit is standard issue in the following U.S. military kit:
