Burns can happen at any time and can cause life-threatening situations. The H&H Sterile Burn Blanket provides a fast response to burns large and small. This sterile, non-adherent, dry blanket can be used to treat thermal burns that cover a large percentage (over 20%) of body surface area.

The blanket’s large, 82” X 52” size allows for a vast coverage area across arms, legs, and torso. The material will allow for fluid and heat retention and meets TCCC November 2009 guidelines for the treatment of burns.

H&H vacuum seals our Sterile Burn Blanket to create a small, tight pack that can fit in any field or emergency kit.

Combat EyeShield

Penetrating eye injuries requires taking care to protect the eye from further damage, making the difference between saving or losing sight.

H&H’s Combat EyeShield was designed according to the specifications of several active duty surgeons of OIF/OEF to cover penetrating eye injuries. The Combat Eye Shield is designed to meet the CoTCCC guidelines for the treatment of penetrating eye trauma while providing a small, sterile package to fit in any trauma kit.

The Combat EyeShield is composed of a 6 inch Hydrogel disc that surrounds a fox eye shield, giving a large surface area to attach to the casualty that will nor harm adjacent trauma or burns. The Combat Eye Shield also comes with two 4″x4″ gauze pads to clean the surface before applying the shield. The package comes vacuum sealed and sterilized for immediate use.

Lateral Canthotomy Kit

Lateral canthotomy is a simple procedure used to decompress a compartment syndrome of the orbit. It is most often used in cases of blunt trauma, when bleeding into the retrobulbar space causes an increase in pressure resulting in ischemia to the retina and optic nerve. LCC can be easily performed by the emergency physician, and has the potential to save the patient’s vision.

Dry Sterile Burn Dressing and Super Combat Cravat

The new H&H Dry Sterile Burn Dressing and Super Combat Cravat puts a multi-purpose emergency tool into every aid kit. By making a dry sterile burn dressing in the shape of a large cravat, first aid providers have a product that works as a burn dressing, tourniquet, sling, and other capabilities.

Our new Dry Sterile Burn Dressing and Super Combat Cravat is made from woven polyester, 45” X 45” x 63” that has two (2) sewn reinforcement seams, high strength polyester lock stitched, located off of each edge ¼” from the edge and ¼” apart. The dressing material meets TCCC November 2009 guidelines for burns.

The dressing is sterile, non-adherent and is vacuum packaged in a 3 mil nylon poly barrier bag. It is 33% larger than the available cravats and, after vacuum sealing is 50% smaller in cube then the present products. The package contains two (2) #3 closed safety pins and a rubber band separately packaged in a 2 mil nylon poly bag.

An upgrade to our patented combat dressing Cinch Tight, the H-Bandage gives medics and field personnel both an emergency dressing and a hemostat for arterial bleeding and hemorrhaging in limbs. The H-Bandage’s unique design allows for one-handed use under any condition. Designed for First Responders, Military, and Law Enforcement, the H-Bandage provides a fast, effective tool for all kinds of serious traumas and injuries involving arterial bleeding.

The unique design of the H-Bandage, with its 8″x10″ ABD pad and the unique 5 foot elastic wrap designed for both strength and flexibility along with the H-shaped cinch sewn into the bandage, allows it to satisfy multiple field needs.
