On November 16, 2010, H&H Associates, Inc. and inventors Robert H. Harder, Charles T. Bolin, and John R. Biddle were awarded U. S. Patent No. 7,834,231 for a “Low Profile Chest Seal” covering the H&H Bolin Chest Seal. The patent may be found here.

H & H was honored to receive one of the prestigious Top Product Picks from the 2007 EMS Expo. EMS Magazine reported in their January 2008 edition, “[w]ith the introduction of the Bolin Chest Seal (BCS), I believe we are looking at the state of the art for management of penetrating chest wounds… The performance characteristics of the Bolin Chest Seal are impressive, and as far as I’m concerned, if it works well enough for the U.S. Marine Corps, it will work for EMS.”
